Visit Fraser Island

Stretching over 123 kilometres in length and just 22 kilometres at its widest point, Fraser Island is the largest sand island in the world! Just a short hour and a half drive to Inskip Point and then 10 minutes on the Manta Ray Fraser Island barge, you’ll arrive to find soft sandy beaches and crystal-clear water. Tours of the island operate daily but you’re also free to explore on your own. Whether you’re after a day of 4WD-ing along the sand, whale watching in Hervey Bay or simply sitting back and relaxing on the famous 75-mile beach, a day in Fraser Island will not be forgotten.

Take a Stroll Along Hastings Street

Arguably the best main street in Australia, Hastings Street is the beating heart of Noosa and an experience not to be missed while in town. With an eclectic mix of cafes, restaurants, bars, boutiques, spas, and galleries (and the beach across the road) Hastings Street is your one-stop shop.

Grab a coffee in the morning or treat yourself to a sunset cocktail after a long day at the beach. And if you’re visiting at night time, take a walk along the fairy-light-covered boardwalk while listening to the crashing waves.
